One Circle is proud to present their 2nd Annual Golf Tournament
Friday, April 23, 2010
Lost Canyons Golf Club (Simi Valley)
Format: "Shot Gun" Shamble foursomes
Cost: $125 per player (includes 18 holes of golf for one player on the Signature Shadow Course, personalized bag tag, scorecard, golf cart, range balls for warm-up, bag handling before and after play, awards dinner)

Dress Code: All players, volunteers, guests and staff must wear proper attire on the golf course property. Collared shirts, Bermuda-length shorts or golf slacks are required. Denim shorts, denim pants, or jeans are not permitted. Lost Canyons adheres to a "soft spike" golf shoe only policy.

All participants eligible for tournament prizes. Our hope is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience while raising funds to help raise awareness regarding the complex and intolerable issue of child abuse.
Mulligans are available for $5.00/each (3 per player maximum).
Companion Tickets are available for $30/person (Entry into after golf festivities - including auctions, raffle and awards dinner.)
